Here you’ll find information about the different options available if you want to eat in Store Mosse National Park.
There is no food service in Store Mosse National Park or at naturum. You are welcome to eat your own food and snacks inside naturum.
Rest areas, Shelters and Barbecue Sites
There are several barbecue sites with picnic tables in the national park:
- at the main car park
- at the start of the Skogstrollens Stig trail near naturum
- Wibecksplatsen
- Östra Rockne car park
- Lilla Lövö
- Svänö
- Lövö
There is firewood provided at Skogstrollens Stig, Svänö and Lövö. At the other barbecue sites, you need to bring your own firewood. It is not allowed to collect branches or other wood from the forest.
At Lövö farmstead, there is a rest cabin open all year round. It has a wood-burning stove, tables and chairs.
At Svänö farmstead, there is also a rest cabin open all year round, equipped with a wood-burning stove, tables and chairs.
