At naturum Höga Kusten you can fill up drinking water, and buy food, snacks and drinks in the restaurant.

Out in Skuleskogen, you can take water from the streams. This is untreated natural water, so the quality cannot be guaranteed. If you are unsure, you should boil it. During dry summers, many streams may dry out, so it is safest to bring the water you need.
You can see which streams are suitable for collecting water on our map.
