At the visitor centre naturum Höga Kusten, you can learn more about the national park and the High Coast World Heritage Site. The visitor centre also offers a range of activities throughout the year.
Naturum Höga Kusten is located at the foot of Skuleberget, directly next to the E4 and in the heart of the High Coast World Heritage Site. It is about 10 kilometres from the South and West entrances to Skuleskogen National Park. Here, you’ll find information about the world heritage area and the national park, as well as maps, leaflets and knowledgeable staff who are happy to answer your questions before your visit.
The visitor centre is open May–September. When you visit you can:
- get answers to your questions before visiting Skuleskogen or other places in the High Coast
- pick up a free leaflet about the national park
- learn more about Skuleskogen and the World Heritage Site in the naturum exhibition
- buy food and snacks, and refill your water bottles
Guided activities all year round
In addition to being a helpful starting point for your visit to Skuleskogen and the World Heritage Site, Naturum Höga Kusten offers many exciting activities. You can join guided tours, hikes and children’s activities throughout the year.
