Hamra National Park is located in Ljusdal Municipality. To reach the main entrance, turn right from the E45 at Fågelsjö. There are signs directing you from the E45, and from the turn-off it is about 5 kilometres to the national park.

The park has two additional entrances: Myrentrén and Svartåentrén.

From the main entrance, a gravel road leads past Myrentrén and continues to Svartåentrén in the southernmost part of the park. You can also reach Svartåentrén via the village of Hamra along road 310, or via Rullbo, located between the communities of Los and Fågelsjö.
