Eating in the park
Here you’ll find information about the different options available if you want to eat in Hamra National Park.
Hamra National Park has no restaurant or café, so you’ll need to bring your own food. You can enjoy your meal at one of the rest areas located by the park’s three entrances.
If you want to grill or heat your food, you can use the designated barbecue sites at the entrances, at the shelter just northwest of the Myrentrén entrance, and at the shelter by Ormtjärn along the Hamraleden Trail. Please note that you may only use the firewood provided at the barbecue site or bring your own firewood.
Fires and grilling are only allowed at the designated barbecue areas.
Food Nearby
You’ll find restaurants, cafés and grocery shops in the villages around the national park, including Los, Fågelsjö Gammelgård and Sveg.
