Purpose of the national park: To preserve the natural environment of the area in essentially untouched condition, and to safeguard undisturbed nature experiences within a section of hill‑and‑knoll landscape featuring old‑growth‑like forest, complex mire systems and other wetland types, as well as a watercourse with unaltered hydrology.
Area: 1,383 hectares
